Asset management
Setting up your own guarantee and maintenance fund is interesting for, among others, owners of a real estate portfolio. We can do the entire process, from the setup of a securitization company up to the purchase of assets and the portfolio management with a guaranteed return to cover damage and periodic maintenance.
Banking
We are obviously not a bank, but in our business there are always financial transactions through banks. We can advise you using our banking relationships and experience how to involve the bank so transactions will run smoother. Due to stricter regulation (including Basel III), this is something to be aware of.
